An Alias Name

Dave Limmer Greetings Friends,

We are thanking God for the rain once again. It has been an answer to prayer for Wyoming as this is our 2nd year out of a seven-year drought. We are very thankful.

Last Sunday we were talking about all that God has already downloaded into the life of every believer. As we look at Ephesians 3:16-4:7, it is absolutely amazing how Father has structured and orchestrated strength, presence, faith, love and grace for us to function in fullness. One of the guys in my Tuesday night group was talking about the more we embrace and are aware of Father's love for us and His complete acceptance, the more it will naturally produce in us the ability and grace to really love people regardless if we agree with their lifestyle or not. We will really see them as persons who are deeply loved by God, created in His likeness. According to Kris Vallotton, what their behavior is or even what they believe about themselves, life, or God is really just an "alias name" because it isn't who God created them to be. It is an uphill learning experience to follow the Holy Spirit in this journey of Kingdom living, but if we can grab hold of the truth that He has already put that kind of love, grace and kindness in us, then it is just learning how to activate our faith to kick into gear and Do it!
